We are here to process your orders and answer your questions 7 days a week through December 24th. See the phone support hours at the bottom of the left column.
We will continue to ship all orders placed on a weekday by 1:45pm on that day. That is a minimum time - if our postal, UPS, or FedEx pickup occurs later we continue to pack and ship right up until the truck leaves.
Both UPS and FedEx have reduced service guarantees during the holiday season. Specifically:
UPS and FedEx Ground and 3-Day do not guarantee delivery dates for packages scheduled to be received between December 11th and December 24th.
UPS and FedEx 2-Day and Next-Day Air continue to guarantee delivery dates through December 24th, but expect shipments to arrive later in the day as Christmas approaches.
From past experience we recommend that you place orders for delivery on the East Coast by December 16th. For orders to the West Coast (where we are), December 19th should be adequate. International orders are never guaranteed delivery dates, and any shipment going to a country other than the US and placed in December is unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
