Nekton Rep Color 35g.
- Brings out brilliant colors in reptiles and amphibians
- Prevents colors from fading
- Replaces Nekton-Rep until desired color is achieved
Nekton-Rep-Color offers the same excellent nutritional support as Nekton-
Rep with the added color enhancers canthaxanthin and apocarotinal. These
color enhancers allow the pet owner to evenly improve the color of their
pet, because the carotenoids are naturally deposited in the shell, fatty-
tissues, and skin. Nekton-Rep-Color also prevents colors from fading.
Nekton-Rep-Color consists of vitamins, trace elements, amino acids and
calcium. Nekton-Rep-Color has been the herpetologist's choice for decades
and is used in zoos and wildlife parks world-wide. Nekton-Rep-Color will
improve skin growth, mucous membrane function, and the animal's ability to
metabolize nutrients. Nekton-Rep-Color will also accelerate growth while
simultaneously improving bone structure, and can help prevent leg dragging.
Given regularly, Nekton-Rep-Color has a positive influence on muscular,
glandular, and neural development, in addition to increased fertility and
birth rates in reptiles and amphibians.
Nekton-Rep-Color is a soluble in cold water and can be administered in a
variety of ways, depending on what is best for the particular reptile or
amphibian. Nekton-Rep-Color can be aded to soft, moist food, it can be used
to dust feeder insects, it can be added to drinking water, and it can even
be injected under the skin of feeder animals. For amphibians spending a
significant portion of their life in water, it can simply be added to the
terrarium water and they will absorb Nekton-Rep-Color through their skin.
Decades of use in zoos, wild-life rehabilitation facilities, and
veterinary hospitals demonstrates a track record that is second to none in
the pet industry. Nekton supplements set themselves apart from other
offerings due to the quality of the raw materials used in their production
and, more importantly, the proportion of these materials to one another in

ADDED TO FEED
This is the simplest way. Nekton-Rep-Color can be mixed with the
reptile's plant or meat food: E.g., Tortoises - scatter a pinch of
Nekton-Rep-Color over chopped or shredded lettuce leaves after
wetting them slightly. Turtles - knead Nekton-Rep-Color into finely
chopped heart and form tiny balls that can then be fed by means
Similarly, various pieces of meat dusted with Nekton-Rep-Color can
be given in this manner. It is enough to dust just one or two
pieces of meat with Nekton-Rep-Color.
If the animals are fed on live fodder, it is better to dissolve the
Nekton-Rep-Color powder in water and inject this under the skin of
the animal used as fodder.
In the case of insect-eating reptiles and land amphibians put
the dose of Nekton-Rep-Color powder into a jar, let the insects in
and shake the jar. The insects are then covered in Nekton-Rep-Color and can
be fed to the animal as usual.
ADDED TO DRINKING WATER
This method is quite simple as Nekton-Rep-Color is soluble in cold
water and thus guarantees a full and reliable supply of vitamins
and trace elements.
For land reptiles add 1 gram Nekton-Rep-Color to a water ration of 1/4 litre
and this meets the animal's
vitamin needs completely. Use fresh water every day. At the
beginning remove all other drinking vessels so that the animal
is forced to use the one containing the vitamins. In time you will
find your pet prefers the water with Nekton-Rep-Color to its normal
ADDED TO TERRARIUM WATER
Amphibians living mostly in water can absorb the vitamins through
their skin or by swallowing the water. As a guide we recommend
a measuringspoonful (1 g) to 30 litres water (about 7 U.S.
Due to the variety of reptiles and amphibians it is impossible to
recommend an exact dose and we leave it up to the owner to
decide on the best amount himself. It depends very much on
how much nourishment the animal takes per day. The enclosed
measuring spoon is for your convenience. It holds 1 g.
