NEKTON-TONIC-R contains:

CARBOHYDRATES to give the basal metabolism added energy and boost activity.

VITAMINS AND PROVITAMINS, which are vital organic substances that must be present in a reptile's diet if serious and irremediable illnesses are to be avoided.

MINERAL ELEMENTS Any tonic has to have a high content of macro and trace elements if it is to have a far-reaching effect.

USAGE:

NEKTON-TONIC-R is water soluble in powder form. Given twice or three times a week either as a solution or over the soft food in addition to the drinking water, it helps prevent all those illnesses due to deficiencies. In times of stress it is advisable to add daily to counteract the effects of skin-sloughing, re-housing or acclimation.

ADDED TO FOOD

Sprinkle NEKTON-TONIC-R powder over moistened food or fruit. We recommend approx. 20 ml = 10 g NEKTON-TONIC-R to 100 g = 31/2 oz food. Please make sure your reptile has enough drinking water at hand.

AS LIQUID ADDITIVE TO DIET

Dissolve 20 ml = 10 g NEKTON-TONIC-R in 100 ml water (or 1 part TONIC-R to approx. 3 1/3 parts water to make a slurry) and serve in a separate bowl.

The NEKTON-TONIC solution should be given in addition to normal drinking water. In exceptional circumstances and for three days at the most, however, the NEKTON-TONIC-R solution alone can be given to ensure that the pet is getting a sufficient amount of TONIC in the particular stress situation.

If possible, please ensure that the dispenser is completely sterile. If you use our disinfecting fluid, DESI-PLUS, for food and drinking bowls, you have the assurance that the solution will keep 24 hours. Otherwise only make up enough solution for 6-8 hours need.
