API Nitrate Kit. The API Nitrate (NO-3) Aquarium test kit is accurate and easy to use. Each kit has enough solution to perform 90 tests. This kit will work for both fresh and saltwater, with a resolution of 0 to 160 ppm. The test's lower ranges provide a finer reading starting at 0 to 5 and then 5 to 10 ppm, which is important for reef tanks and other aquariums that require very low nitrate levels.
