Flourish Trace supplies a broad range of trace elements necessary for healthy plants and plant growth. Trace elements are usually depleted by utilization, oxidation and precipitation. The two processes occur more rapidly than with other micro nutrients. This makes it important to regularly restore trace elements. Flourish Trace is safe for invertebrates, including shrimp.

It is recommend to start with Flourish and/or Flourish Tabs. These provide a broad range of micro-nutrients (vitamins, amino acids) and micro and trace elements (iron, manganese, nickel, cobalt, etc.). All of those will promote plant health and growth. If the growth rate is substantial the trace elements are usually utilized more rapidly than the other components in Flourish. Therefore, it would be beneficial to also use Flourish Trace along with Flourish and/or Flourish Tabs.
