Use API's Nitrite Test Kit for fast, simple, and accurate results. The kit measures nitrites between 0 - 5 ppm (mg/L). Nitrites occur in the aquarium from fish waste and uneaten food.

By using the kit to test your water regularly, you can make sure your fish and plants are happy and healthy. Even low levels of nitrites in the water can make respiration difficult and suppress the immune system in fish.

The kit comes with a liquid dropper bottle, a color chart to easily read results, and a glass test tube with cap.
