Important Usage Guidelines:
- PH readings will fluctuate when the meter is activated in air, which is normal. Accurate readings require immersion in water.
- For reliable measurement, gently stir the meter in the water sample and allow the reading to stabilize. Initial fluctuations are normal.
- White crystalline deposits may form on the electrode, which is typical. Simply immerse the electrode in clean water to remove.
- The glass electrode is delicate. Avoid physical impact or direct hand contact. Do not use in water above 50? (122°F) or in extremely acidic or alkaline solutions, as damage may occur.
