How to feed:

Each bottle includes a measuring spoon, where 1g of NEKTON-Elektrolyt corresponds to one measuring spoon. 0.5-1g per 100ml (3.4oz.) of water. Use for 3-5 days at a time. Mix fresh every day. Can be administered both before and after training. In case of diarrhea, administer for a maximum of 5 days.

Storage:

NEKTON-Elektrolyt should be stored dry and out of sunlight, between 15° and 25° C (59° and 77° F). DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE!!!
