NEKTON-Dog Move Power is a natural green-lipped mussel powder formulated to complement the daily ration of dogs, particularly where additional joint support is desired.
The green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus), originally from the coastal waters of New Zealand, supplies naturally occurring glycosaminoglycans that contribute to the normal structure and function of joint fluid and support smooth, flexible movement. Regular inclusion of this mussel powder in the diet increases the natural intake of these compounds and helps maintain normal joint function.
This marine ingredient also provides omega-3 fatty acids that play a role in the body's inflammatory processes and support healthy skin and a glossy coat. In addition, green-lipped mussel contains glucosamine and chondroitin, both of which are structural components of cartilage, tendons, connective tissue and joint capsules. These substances help cartilage retain moisture and resilience, which becomes increasingly important as dogs grow older and natural production of these compounds declines.
The powder used in NEKTON-Dog Move Power is not defatted, so the characteristic naturally occurring components of the mussel remain intact.

Feeding guidance: NEKTON-Dog Move Power is commonly provided several times per year as an approximately eight-week course. The powder is suitable for mixing directly into the daily feed or for offering hidden in a small treat according to the dog's preferences.
- Small dogs (up to 10 kg): 0,5 g (0.018 oz) per day.
- Medium dogs (10 to 30 kg): 0,5 g to 1,5 g (0.018 oz to 0.053 oz) per day.
- Dogs over 40 kg: 2 g to 4 g (0.071 oz to 0.141 oz) per day.
One heaped measuring spoon (included) corresponds to 1 g of NEKTON-Dog Move Power.
Storage instructions: store NEKTON-Dog Move Power in a dry location, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F). Do not store in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children and use within 3 months after opening.
General hygiene recommendation: clean and disinfect food bowls and water dishes daily to support a hygienic feeding environment.
