The Honest Kitchen Kindly Dog Food is a grain-free, potato-free and fruit- free base mix where you choose your dog's favorite protein and simply add water. Since you select what meat is added, it's an excellent option for dogs that can't tolerate common protein sources or who just like a little variety. This recipe is free of both white and sweet potatoes, and contains no grain or fruit. As a grain-free dog food foundation diet, meat must be added with every feeding. It's perfect for raw dog food feeders or those making a home prepared meal that are looking for an easier way to serve their own meat while ensuring their dog is getting all of its essential nutrients.

The Honest Kitchen foods contain absolutely no by-products, added salt or sugar, chemical preservatives, artificial colors or flavors and NO beet pulp, rice, wheat, corn, or soy. These are common allergens for dogs and can cause dry, itchy skin, hair loss or dullness, lack of energy, chronic ear problems and chewing at the feet.

Suitable For:Kindly can be fed to dogs of all ages including pups and seniors.

This recipe is ideal for dogs who are sensitive to more popular meats. Therefore, more exotic meats, fish or alternative protein sources may be used as required. Kindly is intended for supplemental feeding only, and has not been developed to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles or provide a complete and balanced diet when fed alone. Meats may be added to Kindly at a rate of 1:1 to 2:1 depending on the age, breed and level of activity of your pet.

Ingredients: Dehydrated carrots, organic flaxseed, dehydrated parsnips, dehydrated peas, dehydrated celery, dried organic coconut, dehydrated pumpkin, dehydrated chard, dehydrated kelp, dried marjoram, dried garlic, tricalcium phosphate, choline chloride, zinc amino acid chelate, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin E supplement, potassium iodide, potassium chloride, iron amino acid chelate, copper amino acid chelate.

Hydration
Each dry-measured cup should be mixed with 1 to 1.5 cups of warm water, and will yield about 1lb of fresh food. The fresh food consistency will resemble oatmeal or stew.

When Hydrated
4 oz. Makes about 1 lb of fresh food
4 lbs Makes about 16 to 17 lbs of fresh food
10 lbs Makes about 40 to 43 lbs of fresh food

Hydrate with fresh, warm water. After hydration, a process that takes just 5 to 10 minutes, these foods should be consumed right away. Any leftover food should be treated like fresh food, and refrigerated up to 48 hours or discarded.
