One ring controls mosquitos for 30 days in 100 square feet of water surface, regardless of depth. Use bits for smaller areas at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 25 square feet. Sold in cards of two and six rings, and in bits. The Bits will give a quick kill within 24 hours, while Dunks are used for residual and long term control. This is a non-toxic product, but is not approved for use in water intended for human consumption.
